SHIPPING POLICY

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 3-5 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. HUEZ is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3-5 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. What is the cost of shipping?

For all orders above Rs.600, shipping is done free of cost. A shipping charge of Rs.100 is applicable to all orders under Rs.600.

How long will it take for the order to reach me?

Please refer to the product page for estimated shipping and delivery timelines for domestic orders. It takes about 5-7 days for domestic orders from the time the order is placed

What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at support@huezbeauty.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

Kindly note that we do not ship internationally.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

HUEZ Skincare is made in small batches.

We believe in helping our customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team at support@huezbeauty.com. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within same day of receipt of the products.

  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within same day of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

  • In case of any Refunds approved by the HUEZ, it’ll take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

         

         While we strive to provide quality products, please understand that at this point in time , unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. We encourage you to email us at support@huezbeauty.com should you have any questions about a specific product before making a purchase.
